Jill got us into an amazing & huge suite with a balcony that we couldn't have been more happy with! We had the best honeymoon ever and Jill had the dinner staff surprise us with a cake that said "happy honeymoon" what a delightful surprise and such a thoughtful gesture. Jill was absolutely the BEST! She has answered all my questions and her response was always very quickly, even when she was on her own vacation! She is so knowledgable about Princess Cruise Lines and specifically the Alaska cruises, which I went on and wanted a travel agent that had been on one also. She is also very personable and I feel like I made a new friend. Jill went over and beyond in helping me in every way, from sending me an international adapter plug and even treating us to breakfast on our balcony for our 40th anniversary!
